I’ve got a short story out this week in a new Lovecraftian anthology, Into the Cthulhu-Universe: Lovecraftian Horrors in Other Literary Realities.
The task was to write a Lovecraftian style story crossed with another literary genre. I chose surrealism, and that’s how my story ‘The Sleepwalker’s Manifesto’ was born. Set in the 1920s, it’s about an artist who travels to Paris to exhibit his work, only to find that pursuing his dreams comes at a heavy cost.
This anthology is an absolute who’s who of horror writing, including Ramsey Campbell and Joe R. Lansdale, alongside local friends like Eugen Bacon and Jane Routely. Honoured to be in such company!
